Michigan is headed to the National Championship for the first time since 2013.

The Wolverines defeated 11-seed Loyola Chicago 69-57 Saturday night inside the Alamo Dome of San Antonio.

Junior F Moe Wagner put on a clinic for the Wolverines, totaling 24 points and 15 rebounds. He had a double-double in the first half.

Loyola’s Cameron Krutwig gave the Ramblers a jolt the entire contest. He gave Wagner fits on defense, racking up 17 points.

Despite Sister Jean, Cinderella’s slipper and Krutwig’s big night, the Wolverines are a game away from immortality.

Michigan will play for a National Championship on Monday in San Antonio.
