Already a cold month as is, hosting a night game in mid-April has already received some criticism from the reporters and fans. Traditionally a day game, the not-so-well received reaction from some folks thus far shouldn’t come as a surprise.
This is a REALLY REALLY REALLY bad idea. Mid-April Michigan weather is already rolling against a huge negative modifier and now you want to remove the sun bonus? pic.twitter.com/3aGHXt5xBT

Though, our friends at Maize ‘n Brew shed some light on a definite positive of the late start.
Night spring game.
Cons: Weather is a wild card, could get chilly as the sun sets
Pros: Directly to the bar after it's over

In the end, if we’re all being honest, no one cares what time it starts so long as this guy comes out in the pistol formation donning the oh-so-special No. 2 jersey.
Spring practices for the Wolverines begin this Friday, March 23.
