The game was already a disappointment to the fan base as its format went from scrimmage-style to practice-style.
Michigan's spring game stuff will technically start at 5:45 p.m. at Michigan Stadium. BTN/IMG broadcast will run from about 7-9 p.m.
This is a situational scrimmage. Michigan won't be splitting into two teams this year. No draft, full game, etc.

Nonetheless, Saturday’s “game” would have been Michigan fans’ first look at Shea Patterson, who transferred to U-M from Ole Miss this semester.
Now, fans must wait until Sept. 1 to see this 2018 team — and Patterson — in action.
*sigh*
