Irving-Bey was a 3-star out of high school and a U.S. Army All-American. He picked Michigan over Michigan State, Iowa and Maryland. He committed with a commitment video by Land of 10.
Irving-Bey is already on campus at CMU for the fall semester. He will not be eligible for the 2018 season.
