Following Michigan’s 56-10 victory over Nebraska on Saturday, U-M became one of three Power 5 schools with a winning record against each school in its conference. The other two schools are Alabama and USC.
Michigan was 4-4-1 vs. Nebraska headed into Saturday’s contest.
Of the Big Ten’s 14 schools, the Wolverines have close records against Ohio State (58-50-6), Penn State (13-8), and Rutgers (3-1).
Some of its lopsided records are against Indiana (57-9), Northwestern (57-15-2), Wisconsin (50-15-1), and Minnesota (75-25-3).
It would take over 40 years for six of the Big Ten’s 14 schools to catch up to Michigan’s winning record against them. It would take over 30 years for eight to catch up.
Michigan is 549-216-24 against the Big Ten all-time.
