WATCH: Michigan breaks streak, Patterson throws touchdown to Collins

It took 364 days, but a Michigan wide receiver has caught a touchdown.

One of the wackiest streaks the Wolverines program has ever had, Grant Perry was the last Michigan receiver to catch a touchdown pass. That catch came against Cincinnati on Sep. 9, 2017 inside The Big House. Wilton Speight was the quarterback.

Now, that streak is over, following a 44-yard pass from Shea Patterson to Nico Collins in the second quarter against Western Michigan.

The Wolverines lead the Broncos 35-0 with a minute remaining in the first half.
