It took 364 days, but a Michigan wide receiver has caught a touchdown.
One of the wackiest streaks the Wolverines program has ever had, Grant Perry was the last Michigan receiver to catch a touchdown pass. That catch came against Cincinnati on Sep. 9, 2017 inside The Big House. Wilton Speight was the quarterback.
Now, that streak is over, following a 44-yard pass from Shea Patterson to Nico Collins in the second quarter against Western Michigan.
?????? ?THERE IT IS!! NICO COLLINS!!!?
WR drought is over. And the rout is on. 35-0, 7mins left in the half.
