Michigan (4-1, 2-0) will be without its top NFL Draft prospect and two-year starter Rashan Gary on Saturday against Maryland (3-1, 1-0).
Gary went down with an injury in last week’s game at Northwestern and Head Coach Jim Harbaugh said on Monday that he was questionable.
The Wolverines have been without sophomore defensive tackle Aubrey Solomon the entire season, along with going two games without senior defensive tackle Lawerence Marshall, who has since returned.
Gary is projected to be replaced by sophomore defensive end Kwity Paye. The Rhode Island native had a monstrous game in Evanston last week, finishing with four tackles and two sacks in limited time.
Michigan vs. Maryland is set for kickoff at 1:15 p.m. EST, following an hour delay due to thunderstorms.
