After three straight games against top-25 opponents, Michigan gets a major respite with a visit to 1-8 Rutgers.

The Scarlet Knights opened their season with a 35-7 win over Texas State but have dropped every game since. In last year’s matchup, the Wolverines were limited to a 35-14 home win but they won 78-0 the last time they traveled to Piscataway, in the largest margin of victory for a Power Five game since at least 2000. The potential for a Michigan loss might be non-existent but the potential for history always makes Rutgers matchups something to behold.
