Isaiah Livers was a 4-star recruit and Michigan’s Mr. Basketball.
Now, he is a freshman for the Michigan Basketball team. Livers brings major athleticism that Michigan has been lacking the past few years, and that is why this highlight tape Michigan’s basketball twitter account posted is getting people excited:

The Kalamazoo Central product is going to raise some eyebrows this season.
The 6-foot-7, 230-pound forward is a serious athlete; Personally, Livers was the freshman that I was most conflicted about. He is somewhere between a traditional small forward and a stretch power forward on this team – I see him playing both of those positions.
When will Livers touch the floor most? When Charles Matthews needs a breather, or is in early foul trouble, Livers is who should see the most minutes. He has a great skill-set for a freshman with athleticism that is undeniable, but his minutes will be dictated by his ability to rebound and play tough on the interior.
Beilein seems to see Isaiah as a valuable asset, likening him to former Wolverine and first-round NBA draft pick D.J. Wilson in both his ability to block shots and shoot the ball. If Livers can rebound and play defense, he could get some serious playing time as a freshman.
